Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays in shipping.
It will take 1-2 days to process your order from the time your order is placed. Hair by Tamia offers free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required within U.S. Shipping for orders are usually 3-5 business days but, as previously stated expect delays due to COVID-19. We offers expedited and overnight shipping as other options for customers needing their items right away.
return & exchange policy
Can you return your hair? Absolutely, within 15 days you can return your hair if, is unworn, undamaged and with tags, unaltered, and in its original packaging and condition. Please also, make sure that for closures they have not been cut or glued and are intact for refund. Please contact us prior to shipping any items back as the return address may be different than the shipping address on the label. A full refunds will be provided to the original payment method once the hair has been received, inspected and confirmed. If you wear it, dye it, flat iron or curl the hair and is just not satisfied with the quality. We will exchange it within 30 days of the purchase. Please contact us prior to shipping any items back as the return address may be different than the shipping address on the label. Exchange will be sent once we receive the returned item.
